Information Management Co-ordinator - National Role

Are you someone who meets our Information Management requirements and who can engage the IT discussion effectively with our key stakeholders? You need to have experience with SharePoint, be technically smart, systems aware, personable and be able to engage quickly with a range of staff including hearing, Deaf, and hard of hearing people.

This is great opportunity for you to advance your IM and IT knowledge and skills in an environment where improving people's wellbeing underpins the role.

 

    We are looking for an Information Management Co-ordinator to:
  • Provide information management advice and guidance
  • Deploy new sites according to the taxonomy and information architecture
  • Facilitate improved business processes, reduced business risk and compliance with Public Records Act 2005
  • Co-ordinate staff training in liaison with IT Trainer

 

This role requires someone who ideally has knowledge of Deaf culture and New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL), or demonstrates a commitment to learning Deaf culture and NZSL.
