Ko Taku Reo is the name and identity of a new organisation set to launch July 2020. It will provide deaf education and support services delivery across the whole of New Zealand. This new organisation will incorporate Kelston and Van Asch Deaf Education Centres. The merger process is underway, and you will be joining a close-knit team and you will share their passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality education and services to deaf community and whanau we support.
This is a new role based around fully supporting the Executive Principal. You will develop a high-level understanding of the organisation's strategic and operational plans and procedures and at times be involved in trouble shooting and supporting improvements. You will also be asked to provide support for organisational governance. To provide leadership of a team of Director's Assistants through the organisation and ability to understand and back up their roles from time to time.
